My name is Dino Di Giulio and I am the Principal and Founder of Nationwide Financial. When I started the business back in 1989, 30 years ago, I was the sole employee where I would go to client’s homes and prepare tax returns for them, some of which have remained loyal clients to this day. From there I grew the business across all areas of financial services, and continued my education as an Accountant and became not only a Registered Tax Agent, but also a Certified Financial Planner. Along the way I met my amazing staff, and together we make the Nationwide Financial Family what it is today.
In my own time I enjoy watching all sports, in particular soccer. In my role as a board member of a few sporting organisations, I enjoy contributing to assist young players in particular in the community in seeing them grow and develop their skills and their personal attributes. I also enjoy my time with family and doing my best to make a difference wherever possible.

My name is Diana Bounassif with over 17 years of experience in the Financial Planning industry, my role at Nationwide Financial is Senior Para Planner. I enjoy using my experience and skills to help people achieve their financial goals to place them in a comfortable position during their retirement years. I love spending time with my family and friends as well as exercising and enjoying the outdoors.

My name is Maree Casella and I have been in the Financial Industry since 1980. I spent the first 32 years of my working career in Westpac from a junior employee to Branch Manager. My passion has always been Financial Planning and I am currently employed at Nationwide Financial in the customer service area and I am now in my dream job. I love what I do and I love the people I work with. I enjoy family and friend get togethers on weekends and cosy nights watching movies.

My Name is Joseph Luciani and I was born in Sydney, Australia. I am a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants, have a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and I am a Justice of The Peace and have a passion for Accounting, Tax and Financial Services. I have over 38 years in the Accounting, Taxation and Financial Services industry. I commenced employment with Nationwide Financial in September 2000 as an Accountant. Prior to that I worked with a number of Corporations predominantly in the Commercial Accounting and management fields. I worked for Mobil Australia, Waltons Bond, Clearview Aluminium Windows, O’Brien Glass and Windscreen O’Brien, Plilkington Glass and Mr Fothergills. In these Corporations I had the possibility of experiencing various Business Management models and experiencing Commercial aspects of the various Business’s. I enjoy catching up with family and friends and love the adventure of travelling and experiencing new cultures and meeting people. I am a life member of the Merrylands Soccer Football Club and love my sport, especially supporting the Western Sydney Wanderers and St George Illawarra. Working with a strong team at Nationwide Financial and assisting our Clients in managing their Financial Affairs is very satisfying.

My Name is Anthony Lee and I am a CPA and Registered Tax Agent,  joining the Nationwide Team back in November 2002, where I am currently in the role of Senior Client Manager looking after a portfolio of business and corporate tax clients. I have over 35 years’ experience in the Taxation and Accounting field including 12 years at P&O; culminating in the position of Financial Controller of P&O Cruises Australia. I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, and also watching and playing all sports especially rugby league, where I am an avid St George supporter.

My name is Vivian Carroll and I am an administrative assistant for Nationwide Financial.

I have more than 20 years of experience in office administration, with a strong focus on customer service and administration support.
